I agree that Vara Sports can not be held responsible for any damage or loss to their children’s belongings.

I agree that everything on this form is correct and accurate.

I understand that Vara Sports operate on a no refund policy. A credit note will be provided for holiday camps ONLY if I inform Vara Sports of my child not attending 72 hours prior to the camp.
